1 Acceptance of Terms

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 5 Bonuses & Promotions

nice88 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 6 Gameplay Rules

8 Intellectual Property

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content

11 Responsible Gaming

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity

Upon termination of your account, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in a suspended account will be held pending investigation. If the account is cleared of wrongdoing, the balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method. If the account is found to have been used for prohibited conduct, the balance may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
